The purpose of the Equestrian Club is to help people learn about horses, using the mini's for hands on experiences. They will learn about grooming, the importance of an exercise program, feeding requirements, and the different ways to interact with a horse.
Fishing Club
The Fishing Club was established in 1979 with objectives to propagate and restore all forms of game fish and improve the lake habitat. Its primary goal was to instruct, encourage and bring people together in the art and pleasure of fishing. Our current mission statement embraces these ideas and continues to promote fishing knowledge, conservation, education and fellowship through programs which ensure fisheries and habitats that benefit all Lake Carroll property owners. The club membership supports these ideals and is committed to the Lake Carroll community where families, committees, clubs and organizations can participate in the many other activities the club sponsors.

Some of these other club sponsored activities include, fishing tournaments, golf outings, construction of lake structure, improving fish habitat, spillway rescue of game fish, seasonal road trips, barbeques, charitable contributions and monthly pot luck membership meetings where members and guests share friendship, camaraderie and community spirit.

The Lake Carroll Women's Club is a philanthropic organization of dedicated ladies who support charities in Carroll County. The vision of the Women's Club is development of it's members intellectually and socially through fellowship, community service and charitable endeavors. The meetings are the second Thursday of each month, September through June. There is opportunity for every member to share their talents for the good of the community. Some of our more prominent committee activities are summed up below.
There is a Program Committee which plans monthly programs that are of interest to the membership. Some past program presentations were hobbies of members such as scrapbooking, stained glass and doll collections. Community resources are also called upon and have presented programs on topics like interior design, photography, soap and jewelry making. Sometimes the programs are field trips to places like New Glarus, White Pines dinner theatre and antique shops.
There is a Ways and Means Committee which plans fund raisers that involve the membership in supporting their charitable goals. They have a bake sale in conjunction with the Chili Cook off in October. They have entertained past events such as fashion shows, antique appraisals, sale of purse hangers, raffles and other enterprising efforts.
The Allocations Committee determines which charities to fund and the amount of funds each receives. All money raised by the club is given to the community. The only requirement for charities to be eligible is that they support Carroll County.
If you would like to become a member of Women's Club, complete the membership application (available in the documents section of this site) and contact any officer, or just come to the Lodge at 1:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month. We would love to have you come and socialize with the wonderful ladies of Lake Carroll and help to support our community.

Officers: 2-yr term

In January of 2007, a group of Lake Carroll members gathered to start a club that would provide social activities for property owners. The Club was given the name The Lake Carroll Yacht Club with the purpose to “have fun on and off the water”. The Club evolved over the years providing opportunities, not only for club members, but for all Lake Carroll members to get together, meet new people and socialize with friends and neighbors.

Boat ownership is not required to join.

Annual membership fee is $20.
