The Lake Carroll Trail System consists of various terrains ranging from, hills to climb, several creeks to cross, densely wooded areas, mud pits, and even farmland. The trail circuit is approximately 14.5 miles long and is designed for use by ATV, horseback, hiking, cross-country skis or snowmobile, so take advantage of this beautiful year-round amenity at Lake Carroll. With the changing seasons, this trail has been described as ‘never the same ride twice’!

Effective Thursday, January 16, 2020, the Lake Carroll Trail System is closed for the season to ATV's and is now open to snowmobiles and winter use when sufficient snow coverage is present.
